Every league keeps a record. Not opinions about who looked sharp in warmups, but what actually happened, entry by entry, written somewhere anyone can check it. Here is how the season has gone for The League Global.
Before the Whistle
Our foundation was set in December 2025, when The League Global received an A+ BBB accreditation, recognized for our standards of ethics and transparency. Accreditation is the kind of win that doesn’t show up in a highlight reel and matters more than most that do.
January opened with career growth and leadership development expanding nationwide, carrying our performance-driven training framework beyond Illinois lines.
Q1: Setting the Standard
February’s 2026 Kickoff Summit gave the year its shape. Early strategic planning positioned us to scale consistently, backed by our leadership structure and performance systems. Teams that plan in February don’t scramble in September.
Spring: Building the Roster
In March, we interviewed spring graduates for leadership development opportunities, reaching students months before commencement.
April was about the work itself. We emphasized real-world skill development through hands-on sales experience in Illinois, where training happens through client interaction rather than slide decks.
By May, the results were showing up in people. We shared team member success stories as that year’s graduates entered the workforce, the clearest evidence that our mentorship and accountability work.
Summer: Doors Open Wider
In June, we expanded summer interview availability for entry-level candidates, built around students and early-career professionals whose schedules rarely match a standard hiring calendar.
Late July: Houston
The biggest stage of the year came on July 24 and 25, when our team traveled to the 2026 National Leadership Summit in Houston. Championship weekends produce individual honors, and this one did.

Josie Hess was recognized as a VIP after ranking among the top 30 earners in a national field of more than 3,000 sales representatives. Michael Lefeld was selected as a breakout speaker for a room of CEOs, then chosen to host the evening awards event. Tatiana Paino, Britney Hasty, Taylor Kerpen, and Lindsay Lefeld were recognized by a client as the recruiting team behind some of the country’s highest growth metrics.
Michael’s session made the case that strong leaders come from strong relationships, not performance numbers alone. As he put it, “You can manage people without a relationship. You can’t build leaders without one.”
The same week closed with a milestone that frames the rest. The League Global reflected on more than a decade of connecting brands and consumers, 13 years of the same commitment to client growth and authentic customer engagement.
What the Record Adds Up To
Read the season straight through, and a pattern shows up. We’re an accredited Illinois sales and marketing firm with 13 years behind us, running a training framework nationwide and a hiring pipeline that stays open through spring and summer rather than in bursts, with people taking home recognition on a national stage. Each entry is public, dated, and verifiable on its own.
Anyone researching The League Global careers can trace the year themselves. That’s the point of keeping score in the open.
The Season Isn’t Over
Records get built, not announced. What separates good seasons from great ones is what happens after the momentum arrives, and there’s still a stretch of 2026 left to play.
